I have a new 1500 x 1500 and trying to set it up. The X axis keep jamming/ stalling. I have tried the wheels tight, I have tried them slack, I also slackened the nylon thread blocks for the screw in case they were not aligned. The loading on the wheels change from centre to ends and some are tight and some come slack. The unit is on a new table with 18mm MDT and is flat.
Any ideas. Doing my head in.
