I have made a mess of the upgrading, I need a original sd copy

i have been using the building instructions and got to “3. Connecting, Updating and Configuring Your WorkBee” being unsure, i didn’t know how to make a backup sd card. (useful hint you can unplug it may of helped). now i can’t get the machine to run. it states executing config.g…error: bad command: FOR TESTING ONLY!……

does anyone have the original factory setup please that i could get.
