Options

X and Y movement are always wrong by 0.6mm

Hi there.

Been using my work bee milling machine for the last year now making signs for every bodies new pub sheds! Precision was not an issue. I am now making parts for items that need to fit together and I am finding that movement in the x and y axis are not what I have been designing on fusion 360! It seams to be out by 0.6mm! The tool is the correct size. If I cut out a piece that needs to be 100mm square it will come out as 99.4mm square!

Is there something I can do?

You can adjust the steps/mm to fix this. Are you on our latest firmware: How To Update WorkBee Firmware V1.0.7 > V3.3.0-1.2

Let me know and I can tell you how to adjust it.

You can change your steps/mm

In your case change them to 402.4144
