Which is the longest wire 5 or 6 as my clips come off and I’m not certain I’ve got them the right way round

I have one lead screw y that turns freely and the other one is tight, it seems to be binding on the plastic blocks, any tips to rectify this?

I will remove the extra shims

Before I tighten these nuts can I confirm the wheel configuration is, 6mm spacer, shim wheel, shim, 9mm spacer, shim, wheel, shim, 6mm spacer.

the bit i’m questioning is there a shim either side of the wheel ?

Haven’t got any precision shims but there is a spacer in the wheel, is this instead of shims?
