Hi Chris, I had the same problem. My X & Y-Axis Carriages were not tightened enough. When the machine is off, try moving one carriage back and forth (push and pull slightly while holding a plate). It shouldn’t move. If it moves tighten the Nut Blocks as in step 5 of manual ‘Final Assembly & Testing - testing your workbee’. hope it helps.
