I had the same issue with the hinges. I also realized at the end that the hole in the bottom vents of the controller box was due to a broken box and not intentional. Not a big deal, but some of the layers in the printed controller box are a bit thin and susceptible to breakage.
I found one of my lead screws to be a bit tight as well. I loosened the nut blocks a tad, and that released enough friction that it moves freely now. Is this okay or will it cause issues later?

It's barely longer than the drag chain. Seems to be about 1700 mm. I just measured limit switch 0 on X drag chain, and it is also 1700 mm.
My cable for limit switch 1 doesn't seem to be long enough to reach Extrusion F. This is for the 1500 x 1500.
After installing the end caps, the Y carriages run into them, which reduces length of Y axis by two steps on the stepper motors. Is this expected?

I used a square to ensure Y-End-Plate and Extrusion-A were flush on each end. Doing so resulted in no binding when sliding X-Gantry back and forth.
