This doesn’t even appear for me. Any idea what I’ve done wrong?

What does it mean by ‘extract the contents’? Do I need to open the file?

I tried tensioning but nothing happened and instead it kept rotating.

There was no click of any kind.

I imagine this is because it wasn’t moving the stepper motor?

Or maybe something to do with the thrust bearings?

Appreciate any help. Was all going so well until this point 😂
