How do I route the router cable?

I’ve left the router cable outside of the cable track, but I need to get it away from the moving parts of the machine. How do people do this?

Related - I have an enclosure, so I wonder if there is a good way to route the cable out of the enclosure - beyond just cutting a 3-pin-plug-sized hole in the back, and then hooking it up to an extension lead….
