After cutting in an X/Y fence, I’ve noticed that my X/Y axis aren’t running square to each other.. I’m approx 1mm out of square over 450mm.
When the machine is homed I have 22mm distance between the gantry and the back end plates on both sides. When the gantry is moved all the way to the front, I have 26mm between the gantry and the rig ht end plate and 29mm to the left end plate. Could this 3mm difference be the reason my X/Y is out of square? If so, how can I fix this?
