Ethernet isnt connecting or lighting, YAT responds but no IP

After hitting the emergency stop the machine is no longer connecting and the ethernet port on both the machine and laptop side arent lighting up.
IP 192.168.251.2 Isnt responding and neither is Workbee.local.

IPv4 addresses match the setup guide and tried default gateways 192.168.251.0, 192.168.251.1, and 192.168.251.2 (when it was working prior it was set to 2).
M115 in YAT reads the correct firmware.
Initially YAT reads the IP 192.168.251.2 but after the M552 S0, M552 S1 P0.0.0.0 lines M552 returns the IP 0.0.0.0 until i unplug and replug the usb cable.

Tried a different ethernet cable.
Tried another laptop.

Tried reformatting and replacing the image to the SDCard from the firmware page but now the SDcards "firmware" folder is empty. Added files from old SDcard backup and nothing happened.


M122 reads that the sdcard is detected and lists speeds.
M122 p104 s10 responds within range according to the duet2 docs guide.



Any ideas?
