PLEASE can anyone help? I am trying to update firmware using 2.07 to 3.3 guide. I am currently sat for over an hour waiting for step - Step 8.zip. Just starring at “please wait while updates are being installed” contacted support via email and live chat not available. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem now sorted. After pressing upload, at some point my laptop dropped the connection to access point and connected to home wifi. I reconnected to access point IP and install completed ok. Had to do the same on step 9.zip. This is because during the install the connection is dropped and re-established automatically, my laptop default is home wifi, hence my problem. Hope this helps anyone else doing this update via access point mode.
