likewise my hinges were too tight so i had to drill out the hole a little
I had exactly the same problem, so ended up taking the board out, can I suggest it would be easier to assemble the wifi connection before bolting the board in as I reckon its near impossible with the board in unless you have very small hands and fingers.
sorry should have said thumb not finger
The easiest way to assemble them is to insert and hold with your a finger the M5 button head bolt in the hole and then spin the Tee Nut onto it from the other side
I am surprised that there are no precision shims under these head bolts?
red wire should be on the right of the switch and make sure you have #2 limit switch as they all look the same except for the little number near the white plug at the other end
If the precision shim is not lined up with the hole in the bearing then its not possible to seat the bearing in the wheel properly
two of my M5 bolts stripped the hex insert as the Nyloc nuts were too tight and I had to drill them out as there was no way of diassembling them , maybe I have a batch of dodgy M5 nyloc nuts
