Hi Kimberley, Thanks for the reply, after a lot of trials, I realized I was setting the feed rate and plunge rate way too fast. and the motors are just not strong enough. As soon as I set the feed rate and plunge rate slower, everything worked well on both multipli and hardwood like Oak. Attached, an image of my first commercial project realized with the workbee, thanks to the Ooznest team to offer such a good machine for that price.
