Hi Cyndy, Thanks very much for the response. I retensioned the lead screw and slackened the screw blocks, then gently retightened them until there was no movement in the Z assembly. I also found not all of the wheels on the X carriage were rotating, some were just skidding along. I retentioned all the eccentric spacers so each wheel now turns, things are much quieter.
