Thanks for the reply... the lever seems fine to me and the same as the y axis. I did detect a tiny amount of movement in the x axis (a fraction of a mm) so I'll check the tension of the lead screw when I get a chance. Other than that I can't find a mechanical reason for the discrepancy.

Step 4 - I spent a bit of time trying to get tension into the acme screws when attaching the collar, not realising that you do this in step 5 of ‘Testing Your Workbee’.

Ref Step 5 - It’s worth cable tying the z axis switch (as per Electronics Assembly - 5. Wire Routing - Step 2) at this point as it’s a bit fiddly once the whole gantry is assembled.
