To sync the Y-Axis motors on a WorkBee, first home the machine. With the machine turned off, slowly adjust the position of the Y-Axis Carriages on the left and right side so they are both exactly the same distance from the face of Y-End-Plate at the back of the machine. To adjust the position of the Y-Axis Carriages, rotate the flexible couplers with the machine turned off.

Comments:

Is there a process which could be used during homing, with endstops on both screw drives, using the stallguard capability of the TMC2660 to repeatably zero both axes against the endstops. This would provide a solid, repeatable, automatic sync for the two Y drives.
