Error message on stepper motor

I am getting an error message “motor phase B may be disconnected” this refers to the right hand stepper motor (looking from the fron of the machine) I have tried cleaning to terminals but no joy any ideas

Yes there was burning on the connection I have changed the wire and everything seems to be ok

Thanks for your question. Can you check for any burnt marks on the white connector on the wire side?
