25mm is the correct length for the design, the mount is a big chunk of aluminium to compress round the router head, so sometimes the bolt head just requires a pinch using an hex driver and wrench.

Are you access the web interface from WorkBee.Local it directly using the IP Address?
Can you try on both please and see if it works.

Are your IP Settings correct on your Ethernet Port? The WorkBee Control interface is hosted on your WorkBee, so not related to our servers, and no such thing as it being down.

Thanks for your comment. That is strange, I would expect it to work on another computer. Is yours a Wifi or Ethernet version?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, under Settings > General
