What is the best speeds and feeds surfacing?

Hello, I am a complete beginner and I have a Amana Surfacing Bit and would like to know the best Spindle speed, feed rate and plunge rate to insure I wont over heat the bit, and get the best results. Thank you

I would recommend no more than a 1mm pass depth, then around 1500mm/min
