Connecting Duet to a Network - Ethernet

I’m at step 3 of Connecting your Duet to a Network - Ethernet. ie Open Duet Webcontrol. Typing in the url http://workbee.local/ returns a page saying ‘can’t reach this page’. Typing in the ip address 192.168.251.2 returns the message that it ‘took too long to respond’. Please advise asap. Thanks
