V2.2.1 help connecting to a network server

Hi All. I work for a school, our DT department has purchased the ethernet version of V2.2.1. Can this be installed to a server on a network similar to a printer. Or is the ethernet port only for direct communication with a PC. I presume PC only as the IP only uses a private range

You will also need to change the IP Address in config.g once your connected.
