My Ethernet WorkBee will not connect?

My Ethernet WorkBee will not connect to my computer and WorkBee Control will not load.

Ensure your Ethernet Adaptor settings match the Connect via Ethernet Guide for your version machine then proceed with the below:

  • Restart the PC that you are using as the Ethernet Connection setting may not have refreshed upon changing the IPv4 settings.
  • Disable the Ethernet adaptor and re-enable it by navigating to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network. Right Click on the Ethernet Connection and Disable, wait a moment before re-enabling and refresh your Browser.
  • Clear the Browser Cache.
