Interfacing the Duet 2 with a legacy OX machine

How do I go about setting up the OX machine with a Duet 2 board. And then how can I control the machine.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your question.

It should be a very similar process to the WorkBee. You will just need to change the steps/mm for each axis. You may also need to change the direction of one motor for the Y-Axis.

Then you just need to make sure the Working Area matches your machine.

In order to change the direction of one of the Y axis motors do the wires in the connector change from R,G,Y,B to B,Y,G,R or some other order?

Also where would "home" be? If I look at the machine from the name plate is "home" back right? This concept didn't affect me before as I would simply move the machine manually to it's "zero" position then switch the machine on and set this position as "zero" in the software.

@cmbeaumont That is correct, B,Y,G,R. Home is always at the maximum of the machine. So back right corner.
