I’ve seen on another post that you have mentioned that “You can bring the web interface up on your mobile, which is normally easier than using a computer.”
Is there anything specific needed for this on the mobile or just the IP address in the browser on the phone?
We have a ethernet only workbee which is all connected OK but the PC does have a USB wifi adaptor.

Thanks for your message. To do this, the machine needs to be on the same network your mobile is connected to.
If you have the Ethernet version, the easiest way is to plug the Ethernet cable directly into your router, or access point.
Another way, is if your computer has a Wifi Adaptor, share the Wifi to the Ethernet port. This guide may work: https://www.tomshardware.com/uk/how-to/s...
This isn’t something I have done before with windows, but I know a similar setup works on a Mac.
