Stage 4, X-Gantry assembly

I can’t get Extrusion B to screw up with the second bolt; the hole in the Y carriage and a threaded hole in extrusion do not match at one end; if I reverse extrusion B, it does work, but then I have a problem with the other Y carriage and get the same problem, this would point to Extrusion B being wrong. Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks for your question, can you check if all ends of Extrusion-B are tapped?
