Do I need an Ethernet Splitter?

Hi.

I don’t have wi-fi in my workshop so my laptop is connected to my workbee with an ethernet cable, but I now need to access the internet this way too. Do I just need to get an ethernet “splitter” (or USB adaptor) for my laptop to access both at the same time?
