Reduce Z safe height

Hi,

I am carving memorial benches and currently have some very large pieces, 1800 x 600 x 75mm, whilst carving at a depth of 3.5mm I am getting <1mm of clearance between the material and the z axis so I need to increase this distance slightly. Is it possible to reduce the Z safe height by 5mm from 25 to 20mm?

Hi Charlie,

The safe height just needs to be high enough to clear any clamps you could have protruding about the material surface.

Reducing it is fine, we normally set it to 5mm.
