How to pause workbee so can change the tool for finishing pass

Hi how do T get the workbee to pause so I can change the tools for the finishing pass etc

I use Fusion 360 for design and tool paths, have two set ups but will not pause to allow for tool change. (750 belt workbee.)

Thanks for your question. You need to export it as separate files, one for each endmill.
