My rounds are oval

Hi !

I have a problem with my workbee v2 1500x1500, the rounds are stretched and I wasnt able to find the problem. Any suggestions?

Already tightened couplers and reseted the steps to back to normal.

Thanks for your question.

Can you check that the eccentric spacers are not clamping the wheels too tight onto the extrusion.
