having trouble in machine control

i can set home and wrk coordinates

and use xyz touchprobe

after touchprobe goto wokzero and he bt dives into wood 10mm approx

m98 p"workzero.g"

go/g1: target position outside machine limts

g38.2 command not supported

please help

im new to all this

If you set the Work XYZ Zero without using the touch probe, does the Go To Work XYZ Zero work correctly?
