Ethernet connection problems any help would be grateful

I have been using the workbee now for around a year, and today I am having serious issues. I will explain the scenario.

I came into the workshop and turned everything on. I loaded up the control panel on my laptop and homed the CNC, everything was working fine. While setting up the machine, I noticed that I needed to make a change to the design. I left the workshop (as I work on my designs in the office) made the changes and went back to the workshop . when i arrived i noticed the connection had been lost to the control board.

I have tried to reconnect for the last 4 hours to no success. The laptop is showing that the ethernet is not connected. I have double checked the ethernet properties and they are fine. I have changed ethernet cable & tried a different laptop and still wont connect.

Really struggling to work out what to do next?

Any help would be grateful

Hi Phillip,

Thanks for your question.

I believe you have been in contact with our customer support. Our next steps would be to connected via USB, so we can see what the controller is trying to do.

As it could be other things causing it, aside from the Ethernet port.
