Everytime I got this COM ports problem. My MSI laptop do not recognize anything when I connect the USB cable to the DUET 2.
So when I run YAT it keeps on saying there are no COM ports available!
What can I do?
The access to the z limit should be rethought.
Wires exposed and difficult to get to when it needs to be fixed.
I Agree… I’ll also love to have a video tutorial for the whole thing
Wrong driver link
Press Home All , guess you mean Press XYZ
Yeah, I got it right now. The problem was that I changed also Config.g to S1
Wait … I already had changed customconfig.g as it says adding the line from config.g!!!
The problem is still keeping me stuck. I received and answer in Facebook from Ryan:

Hi, the status of the control panel can take a delay to show a change. If the light is going off when clicking the endstops, you need to carry out this step here: 3. Connecting, Updating and Configuring Your WorkBee
“““
But as I said many times it is already done.
“Under File Management open System - Config.g and Copy the Configure Endstops information.
Return back to System and open Customconfig.g and paste in the Lines as follows ; Configure Endstops M574 X2 Y2 Z2 S1 ; Set active low endstops changing the S0 to S1 to reflect the NC Terminals.”
So, which file do I have to modify? config.g or customconfig.g?
Ryan’s answer was:
Hey Oscar,This could be due to binding on the V Slot Wheels, if you loosen them so the 6mm Laser Etching is facing downwards this will allow less friction, this problem could also because by the frame not being square or the Nut Blocks binding, on the ACME Screw if you loosen the M5 Bolts slightly it will allow them to seat correctly.Look forward to hearing from you,
Best Regards,
Ryan Christy
When testing the limit switches, the limit switch lights on the duet board turns off when I click the limits, but the status on the control panel shows no reaction.
