It is much easier to disconnect the drag chain fixed end first to gain access to fit the zip ties then reconnect the drag chain.
I found that connecting the drag chains to the moving-end and fixed-end assemblies quite difficult when they were in place and was concerned that I might break them.
It was far easier to connect them first and then attach the assemblies to the frames.
I lined up the 3 drop in tee nuts at one end then slid the spoiler board support on to them - quite easy that way though I had to pack up the machine to do so.
As for the other end, yes, staring up at the ceiling lights is difficult so in the end I stood the machine on it’s side on some wood packing (you can see better then) and with a bit of wiggling they went in okay - whew!.
