Still trying to surface my Spoiler Board .. HELP ;-)

So have cut my test file and indeed a second file from Sketchup via Cut2d. This flagged that my Spoiler board is not true so am now looking to surface it. Watched a great video that Xavier suggested (thanks!) - But I simple cant get it to work. My spoiler Board is as recommend for the 1500xq500 machine- i,e 1360 x 1200. I have repositioned it so that the top right hand corner is below the HOME coordinates. I have even now made a ToolPath that is 1270x1200 so that it is within the safe area (although I have also reset the safe area to 1360-althuogh it seems to only have added this to one side in 3d view?) either way i get that attached - and outside of machine limits. I have followed the fix that is on the forum regarding Z axis..

Can someone please give idiot proof instructions for this.

Hi,

I would advise changing the the Workbee working area back to 1270x1270mm.

I would set you work zero, at machine coordinates 0,0

Then the Z-Axis just touching the surface of the material.

In your CAM program, set your Work Zero to match this position.

Then it should work.

Thanks
