Cannot initialise SD card 0: Card is unusable

I am having trouble with my duet, WorkBee Z1+ has worked well since I built it in June 2024. Due to time restrictions, I have only used it a few days every month. I have come to use it after spending a month designing Christmas presents for family and I couldn't get it to connect to the wifi. I assumed this was something to do with my phone updating (I have used my hotspot so far to control the workbee), this wasn't too big a worry as I now have wifi in my workshop and had intended on setting up the machine on it when i had time. So I plugged it in to my laptop via usb and ran some tests on YAT

M552 S0

ok<LF>WiFi module is idle<LF>

M552 S1

ok<LF>WiFi module is connected to access point POCO X4 Pro 5G, IP address 192.168.200.221<LF>RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet version 3.3<LF>Warning: Cannot initialise SD card 0: Card is unusable<LF>WiFi is disabled.<LF>RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet is up and running.<LF>

I then noticed it "Warning: Cannot initialise SD card 0: Card is unusable", which is odd because I haven't changed anything. I got the following response on the ip address

Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder

so I set up on the new wifi with the following

M552 S0

ok<LF>WiFi module started<LF>

M587 S"TP-Link_F5F3" P"37939137"

ok<LF>

M552 S1

ok<LF>WiFi module is connected to access point TP-Link_F5F3, IP address 192.168.1.213<LF>RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet version 3.3<LF>Warning: Cannot initialise SD card 0: Card is unusable<LF>WiFi is disabled.<LF>RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet is up and running.<LF>

I received the same error about the SD card on both the web browser and in YAT

I then formatted the SD Card, downloaded the "wifi " from the top of WorkBee Firmware Releases

I extracted those files onto the SD card and am left with the same errors about the SD Card

I am at the end of my ability to trouble shoot this issue. your help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

James
