Hi Gary, Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue. Please note if your network has a 5ghz channel, this could result in it not connecting sometimes. Please either turn off this channel or separate the 5ghz and 2.4ghz channels. Our technical team is happy to help you one-on-one. Just head over to https://ooznest.co.uk/help/ and submit a ticket — we’ll get you sorted quickly.
Hi Martin, I'm sorry to hear the issue is persisting. Running the router power cable in the same cable chain as the stepper motor or signal wires could cause electrical interference, especially under load. We'd recommend rerouting the router power cable separately from all low-voltage cables to see if that resolves the problem. If this doesn't help, please contact our technical support team at https://ooznest.co.uk/help so we can have a closer look on this issue.
Hi Glynn, I'm sorry to hear about your SD Card. If you still need help with downloading your data, please reach out to our technical support team at https://ooznest.co.uk/help/
Hi John, It's possible that the Z-axis ACME nut block or leadscrew might be too high or not seated fully in the coupler. That’s why it’s hitting a mechanical limit before reaching the switch. Try lowering the nut block or checking the leadscrew position. Also make sure the limit switch is mounted correctly. If the issue continues, reach out to our technical support team at https://ooznest.co.uk/help/
Hi there, To remove a remembered Wifi Network use the command M588 S"SSID" Replacing SSID with the SSID of the network you want to remove. To remove all networks use the command M588 S". Hi Andrew! It sounds like the vibration is coming from loose wheels, belts, or screws. Please check the wheel tension, belt tightness, and tighten all screws. A bit of lube on lead screws can help too. If it’s still happening, feel free to contact us at https://ooznest.co.uk/help/ and we're happy to assist you further.

Hi Mick, Thanks for troubleshooting the issue beforehand. It could be related to the bolts holding the nut blocks or the tension of the lead screw. If they are too tight, it can squash the nut block and pinch the lead screw. If you're following the guide, can you try loosening these bolts slightly and rechecking the tension after adjusting the nut block bolts is advisable? After performing these checks and adjustments, please test the "Home X" function again. Let me know how it goes.
