Wheels are in MOTION box

Bearings are in MOTION box

Shims are in BRACKETS & SPACERS box

Shims do not sit centrally between bearings, need to be pushed into centre with a thin rod when the bearings are in.

Give each bearing a good squeeze against a hard surface with a wooden block to ensure bearings are properly seated.

They do need pushing in until they click.

I used a #1 Craftsman screwdriver to assemble them. The size is perfect to slide the bearings and shim over so when you snap them together the shim is centered on the bearing.
