Hinges on my box were too tight. check before you push them home as very difficult to get apart. I had to prise them off very carefully with a knife and then sand them down and drill them out . Bit of sand paper or a file does the job.

Excellent instructions for such a complex bit of kit. I, however get a little confused with reference to front and back of components / machine. Fantastic otherwise.

Should the nut blocks be tightened up after step 4 is complete?

Thanks Steve! Need to update that guys, just spent half an hour scouring through every box before coming to the same conclusion as Steve. Very confusing.
