Introduction
Be very careful to not over tighten the nuts and bolts on the plastic parts, otherwise they
may crack. Everything should easily fit together, and so if it isn’t, take a step back and
re-read the instructions.

If the wires in your kit have white printed tags, please ignore this step. Each wire, at the connector end has a coloured clip with a number. This colour and number identifies this wire. Please see key below.

(0)(Black) X-Axis Limit Switch

(1)(Brown) Y-Axis Limit Switch

(2)(Red) Z-Axis Limit Switch

(3)(Orange) X-Axis Stepper Motor Wire.

Please see the key in Step 1 for Wire Identifications, the Limit Switches are pre-attached to the Switch Wires.

Carefully attach the (0)(Black) X-Axis Limit Switch to the X-Axis Limit Switch Mount using 2 x M3 Plastite Screw - 8mm's. The M3 Plastite Screw - 8mm's self thread, the best technique is to screw in a couple of turns, then back out, and then back in a few more turns than last time, and so forth, until the Limit-Switch is firmly secured.

A PZ1 screwdriver would be preferred to use on the plastite scews.

Do not over tighten as you can shatter the switch. Make sure the Limit-Switch is orientated as the X-Axis-Limit-Switch-Assembly picture.

Attach a M5 Low Profile Bolt - 8mm through the elongated hole and slightly thread on a M5 Drop In Tee Nut.

Attach the X-Axis Limit Switch Mount assembly to the back side of the X-Axis C-Beam. It should be oriented as the second picture, on the far left hand side (If looking from the back of the machine). The X-Axis Limit Switch Mount should be touching the Y-Plate.

Tighten the M5 Low Profile Bolt - 8mm bolt, engaging the M5 Drop In Tee Nut with the top slot of the X-Axis C-Beam.

At this stage of the guide review your machine and guide pictures to ensure correct installation.

Attach the (2)(Red) Z-Axis Limit Switch to the threaded holes on the X-Plate-Front using 2 x M3- Button-Head-10mm bolts, in the same orientation as the picture.

This step definitely needs doing at an earlier stage, it is really is difficult to attach at this stage.
On my pack the bolts are M3-socket-head-bolt-10mm
This picture seems to be in a different orientation to the one shown in 5. Wire Routing (Step 2). This image makes it look like the raised ridge is on the left, whilst the photograph shown in a later step suggests the ridge is to the right. I’ve gone with the photograph and will come back and correct this comment if that photograph isn’t the right orientation.
Also, the supplied limit switch wires came into light contact with my C-Beam when that was installed. All it took was some slight pressure to make sure that the switch-wire connection wasn’t so proud, but worth watching out for to prevent wear on the wire.
