Hi Robert…

So I attached the 860 X 1500mm Spoilerboard as directed.

I homed ALL on the Machine and everything went to the Back Right as it should!

I then moved the gantry/router head to the Front Right using the Job buttons.

I set this as my Work XYZ

I then created a file using Vectric to surface it in a raster pattern with a 1.125” Amana Bit I set the correct material depth (18mm) and set the Datum to the Front Left…I saved out the .gcode file as BOTH a grbl and Duet Arcs (mm) (gcode)

I used the Z-Probe on the Front Right corner of the Spoilboard on the thinnest part and the router but came down, made contact and moved up about 5mm.

I uploaded the file on the Workbee Web software and it loaded fine but when I try to run it I keep getting the above error!

I am reading and watching videos as much as I can and double checking manuals of both hardware and software but not getting any closer!

I just want to get the spoilboard surfaced before I actually start doing any projects!

Hi Robert…

I moved the whole gantry down to the Front Right and set that as Work Zero but when I run the Z-Probe I get an error:

M120 G91 G1 X10 F2500 G90 M121 Error: G0/G1: target position outside machine limits

What am I doing wrong?

Robert…thanks again! Got it sorted! Had set the overall display to 125% to allow for my decreasing eyesight!!!

It might not be right but I made the countersink hole more shallow and used a longer M5 Bolt (16mm) with a washer below the cap to hold the spoilerboard down…

Still was quite difficult to get the Tee-Nuts to engage properly.

I have the same issue…the bottom most Menu Item (below “General”) is obscured by the Ooznest logo…tried different screen resolutions on my Laptop to no avail!!!

You mention Molykote P-40…I have had great difficulty getting this product! Can you suggest a UK company that supplies smaller quantities or a suitable “alternative”…???

Another “senior” moment there…didn’t look properly at the 4 L-Brackets nor read the guide properly…all sorted!!!

Should these 4 L-Brackets raise the entire subframe up off the bench by a few mm???
