Answer to "Dust shoe not touching material/board"Hi, the line marked on cutting tools usually denotes the “minimum” recommended insertion depth. You can insert bits further than this but I would avoid inserting past the flutes of the bit. Hope this helps.

Answer to "Firmware update problem help"Problem now sorted. After pressing upload, at some point my laptop dropped the connection to access point and connected to home wifi. I reconnected to access point IP and install completed ok. Had to do the same on step 9.zip. This is because during the install the connection is dropped and re-established automatically, my laptop default is home wifi, hence my problem. Hope this helps anyone else doing this update via access point mode.

Answer to "At what point do I change the tool when there are multiple tool paths?"Hi Will, When you save your toolpaths the software will create separate files for each different tool that you specify. You will run each file individually within the web control interface. When one is complete you change your tool (remember to redo Z ) then run next file. When creating your job it’s a good idea to rename toolpaths to include the tool name to avoid confusion. Eg. Profile V60deg or pocket 6.35 etc. I don’t use imperial sizing as / symbols may cause problems. I call my 1/4” end mill 6.35mm. No disrespect but sounds like you really need to check out some basic cnc tutorials on the net.
